COLONOSCOPY PREPARATION DIET AND DRUG USE

Even breakfast in the morning the day before the procedure! liquid foods should be taken until 16:00.

Liquid Foods: Boiled Juices Meat-Chicken Broth

Juices, compote and compote juices Soups

NOTE: Bread, granular and solid foods should not be taken.
Milk and dairy products should not be taken.

WARNING:
1 (Plavix, Heparin,) and Diabetics (Insulin and Oral Antidiabetics) patients should make an arrangement when making an appointment, and drug adjustment should be made accordingly.

2 Those with infectious disease (Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C) should report it before the procedure.

3 Patients with rheumatic heart disease and those who change due to heart valve should report the condition before the procedure.

Medication to be used for the process: GOLYTELY & PEGDIN

-GOLYTELY: One day before my work at 4:00 pm (Golytely) all 4 liters of water to the place where the container is marked thoroughly rinse and should be prepared thoroughly.

- PEGDINE: One day before my work at 16:00, all of the drug (Pegdin) in 4 liters of water by mixing and shaking should be prepared to drink.

-The mixture is drunk one glass each with 10-15 minutes intervals. Drink in about 4 hours.

- Only water can be drunk if necessary until operation.

-The food should not be eaten until the process.
